Privacy Policy

Effective September 18, 2026

The short version: Kitset is built so we see as little of your data as possible. Your Bot runs on your own infrastructure with your own accounts and API keys — not ours. We never see your Shopify store, your customers' information, or the emails your Bot handles. We only collect what's needed to sell you a Bot and run this website.

What we collect

Purchase info (name, email, payment details) via Stripe, our payment processor, so we can deliver your Bot and provide support. We don't store your card details — Stripe handles that. We also log standard technical data any website generates when you visit (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) for basic security. No ad trackers, nothing sold.

What we don't collect

Your Shopify store data, your customer records, the content of emails your Bot processes, or any of your third-party credentials.

What your browser remembers about your downloads

When you open the download page for a bot you have paid for, we ask your browser to save the payment reference for that purchase in a cookie. We ask it to save nothing else: not your name, not your email, not what you bought, not the file names. Up to ten purchases are kept, and your browser is asked to hold them for six months from the last time you opened a download page. A second cookie records only how many there are, so the site knows whether to show you the "Your downloads" link.

It is there so you can get back to your files from the "Your downloads" page if you lose the original address. That page asks Stripe about each reference every time it loads, so it only ever shows a purchase Stripe confirms you paid for.

These cookies live on your own device, not in anything we hold on file. The reference cookie is only sent when you open a download page; the counting cookie is sent with every page on this site. We use them for that one purpose and keep no copy. They are not used to advertise to you or follow you anywhere.

Anyone else using the same browser can open that page and see the same purchases, so on a shared computer use the "Forget my purchases on this browser" button there when you are done. That button clears all of it. Clearing your browser's cookies for this site does the same thing.

How we use it

To process your purchase, deliver your Bot, provide support, and keep the site secure. Not for marketing — we don't maintain an email list.

Who we share it with

Stripe, to process payment (see stripe.com/privacy). Nobody else.

Your rights

Email rohintbusiness@gmail.com to see or delete what we have on file, except records we're required to keep (e.g. for taxes).
